Soft washing and house washing in Dunwoody, GA

Dunwoody house washing is a soft wash. Brick in the Village and Georgetown holds a green cast on the shaded face, and Winters Chapel siding under the canopy does the same. High pressure would scar that brick. We let a low-pressure wash release the growth and then rinse.

Green brick that a hose will not change

The north wall and the wall under a mature oak stay damp. Algae roots there. A garden hose wets it and leaves it. We apply a mix that fits painted brick or hardie, give it time, and rinse from the eaves down, including the band over the garage. Peeling paint is marked and skipped.

Roofs under the village trees

Black streaks on shingles in Dunwoody are usually algae, fed by the shade. That is the same low-pressure idea, quoted on its own line. It is not the driveway service. Concrete out front stays on the pressure-washing ticket.

Questions about soft washing in Dunwoody

Will soft washing damage old Dunwoody brick?

The pressure stays low and the mix is matched to the surface. We are not trying to cut the face of the brick.

Do Winters Chapel roofs qualify?

Black streaks can be soft washed. That line is separate from the walls.

Is the driveway included?

No. Concrete is pressure washed. The walls are this visit. They can be the same day.

Which Dunwoody areas are covered?

The Village, Georgetown, Winters Chapel, and Perimeter-area houses. ZIPs 30338, 30346, and 30360.
