Roof wash under the pines

Pine-shaded Milton roofs grow black streaks that are algae, not dirt you can pressure off. The roof wash stays at low pressure so granules stay on the shingle. We can limit the quote to the slopes that are actually streaked. High pressure is the wrong tool and we will not use it there.
