What we do not pressure wash
High pressure etches siding, lifts paint, and tears granules off shingles. House washing and roof washing are soft washes: low pressure and a mix that releases mildew, then a rinse. If the walls and the driveway both need it, book them together. They are two methods on one visit.
A flat price before we start
We price the square footage we can see, not a teaser rate that changes at the truck. Most driveway and patio jobs are quoted from a description or a few photos. If the concrete is worse than described, we say so before the wand comes out. Plants get a pre-wet and a rinse. Pets stay inside until it dries.

How much does pressure washing cost in Atlanta?
A driveway is priced by the square footage and how heavy the clay or oil is. It is a flat price up front, not a rate that changes after we start. Call or text (404) 369-2350. Photos of the concrete are usually enough.
Do you pressure wash house siding?
No. Siding, painted wood, and shingles are soft washed. Pressure washing is for concrete, pavers, and other hard surfaces. The two can be booked on the same day.
Will pressure washing stripe my driveway?
A surface cleaner keeps the finish even. We use it on open concrete so you do not get wand lines. Edges and tight spots are finished by hand.
Is the cleaner safe for plants and pets?
We wet plants down before we start and rinse them when we finish. Keep pets inside until the concrete has been rinsed and has dried.
