Older paint versus brick colonials

On Whitlock and around the Square we watch the paint. A house wash should not finish the job the weather started. If the paint is peeling, we skip that patch and tell you. East Marietta and Terrell Mill brick can take a normal soft wash: mix, dwell, rinse, top to bottom, including trim and eaves. Vinyl and hardie on newer infill are washed the same way, with a mix that fits them.

Roof wash, especially toward Kennesaw Mountain

Pine straw is a gutter problem. Black streaks on the shingles are a roof wash. We keep the pressure low so granules stay put. Slopes under trees streak first. We will price those slopes instead of inventing a whole-roof job you can see you do not need.
