House washing on brick, columns, and trim.
Wash above the garage doors.
Humidity on the lake side
Walls that never see full sun stay spotted. We wash vinyl with the tip far enough back that water stays on the outside of the panel. Painted wood downtown is inspected first. Brick on Highway 92 houses gets a rinse from the eaves down. Seed pods in the gutter are not this service, though the streak they cause on the wall lightens when the wall is washed.
- Lake-shaded vinyl
- Mars Hill siding
- Downtown paint
- Highway 92 brick
Rails and fences
A painted rail can be rinsed lightly with the house. A wood privacy fence is not a soft-wash promise. We will not pretend a fence comes back like vinyl.

Questions about soft washing in Acworth
Do you soft wash lake-house vinyl in Acworth?
Yes. Shaded vinyl and north-facing paint are the usual reason. ZIPs 30101 and 30102.
Will a wood fence come clean?
Do not book this expecting a new fence. Vinyl and paint are what the wash is for.
Is downtown Acworth paint safe?
Sound paint, yes. We skip what is already peeling.
Can the streak from a gutter be washed?
The wall streak lightens. The gutter itself is a separate cleaning if you want it emptied.
