Damp walls, washed without a blast

Streaks on the shingles are algae. The roof is soft washed at low pressure so the granules stay. If the streaks sit on the slope that faces the river or the trees, we can price that slope. A pressure washer on those shingles is how roofs get shortened. We do not do that.
