Gutter cleaning in Alpharetta, GA

Pine straw in Windward, not a leaf-only job

Straw packs tight against the shingles and holds water. We scoop it out by hand, including the roof valleys that feed the gutter, so the next rain is not a reload. Seed pods and grit come with it. Everything is bagged and removed from the property. Blowing straw onto the lawn is not the service.

• Windward pine straw
• Roof valleys
• Seed pods and grit
• Hauled off, not blown

Two-story runs and a real flush

Alpharetta houses often have a long upstairs run that the homeowner cannot see from the yard. We clean the full line, then flush each downspout and run water. If water stands in a section, we can see it before we leave. Loose hangers or open seams get a mention. Repair is not part of the cleaning.

Guaranteed for 2 weeks

If we left debris behind or a downspout we flushed is still blocked inside 2 weeks, we return and correct it. That guarantee is about our cleaning. A storm that dumps a new mat of straw is a new visit. Other work on the same day, if something is off, falls under Make It Right: tell us within 3 days.
