House washing on brick, columns, and trim.
Wash above the garage doors.
Paint that should be cleaned, not peeled
We look at the worst board before the mix goes on. Sound paint is washed. Chalking or peeling is skipped and shown to you. Mortar lines on older brick are rinsed, not gouged. The porch, if it is wood, is included only as a low-pressure wipe of the grime, never a blast.

Screens and walls are different visits
Pollen mats Decatur screens every spring. Screens are a window add-on. The green on the siding is this wash. Booking them together is common. They are still two kinds of work.
